Terms of Service

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Service Ending October 29, 2026

RugSlayer is shutting down. On October 29, 2026, scans, accounts, the browser extension, the Telegram bot, the DrainBrain API and Zero Core Intel stop working. New accounts, subscriptions and API keys are closed now.

Paid plans are refunded in full and end on October 29, 2026; nothing renews. To get a copy of your account data, email j@rugslayer.com by October 29, 2026. We will delete account data by November 28, 2026, keeping only the payment records the law requires us to keep.

1. Who We Are and What These Terms Cover

RugSlayer is a service of MeltingPixels LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms cover rugslayer.com, the RugSlayer browser extension, the @RugSlayerScanBot Telegram bot, the DrainBrain API and the Zero Core Intel MCP server at agents.rugslayer.com (together, “RugSlayer”). All of them close on October 29, 2026 (see the notice above).

By using RugSlayer, creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use RugSlayer.

2. Who Can Use RugSlayer

You must be at least 18 years old. Don’t use RugSlayer where using it, or trading crypto assets, is illegal for you, or if U.S. sanctions bar you from using U.S. services. You’re responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

3. What RugSlayer Is, and What It Isn't

RugSlayer gives risk information about Solana tokens: a risk score from 0 to 100, risk flags, a test of whether a token can still be sold, and related market and wallet data.

  • Not financial advice. Nothing RugSlayer shows (scores, flags, labels, alerts, signals or anything else) is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. We are not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or fiduciary.
  • Scores are automated estimates. Risk scores are calculated automatically from on-chain data and from how similar tokens turned out in the past. They are not predictions about any particular token, and they can be wrong. A low score doesn’t mean a token is safe, and a high score doesn’t mean it will fail. Past results, including the track record on our Accuracy page, don’t guarantee future results.
  • Information can be missing, late or wrong. RugSlayer relies on blockchain data and third-party services (section 9), and a token’s situation can change in seconds, including right after a scan.
  • Beta features are experimental and can change or stop at any time.

4. Your Decisions and Your Risk

Crypto assets are volatile, and you can lose everything you put in. You decide what to buy, sell or hold, you’re responsible for those decisions, and you should check information yourself before you act. Don’t trade money you can’t afford to lose.

5. Your Account

Give accurate information, keep your password and API keys secret, and tell us at j@rugslayer.com if you think someone else has used them. You’re responsible for what happens under your account and keys. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; section 7 explains what that means for a paid plan.

6. Plans and Payment

  • Subscriptions. Paid plans (Trader, Pro and Guardian) were paid in advance by card through Stripe. New subscriptions are closed. Existing paid plans are refunded in full and end on October 29, 2026; they don’t renew.
  • USDC and API plans. USDC payments and new API plans are closed. A USDC payment made earlier was final once it was confirmed on-chain.
  • Pay-per-call tools. Tools on the Zero Core Intel MCP server are paid per call in USDC through the x402 protocol, until October 29, 2026. Each call is charged when it’s made, and on-chain payments can’t be reversed.

7. Refunds and the Shutdown

  • The shutdown. RugSlayer closes on October 29, 2026. Paid plans are refunded in full, keep working until then, and don’t renew.
  • Shutting down a service. If we shut down RugSlayer or a paid feature, we give at least 14 days’ notice by email or on the site, stop renewals, and refund the unused part of any period you’ve already paid for.
  • Deleting your account ends your plan right away. You can still do that at any time in Settings.
  • Charges by mistake. If you think you were charged by mistake, email j@rugslayer.com and we’ll handle it case by case.

8. Wallets and Sentinel

  • Connected wallets. Connecting a wallet lets RugSlayer read its public address and token holdings. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Never share them with anyone, including anyone who says they’re from RugSlayer.
  • Sentinel (Guardian, beta). If you grant Sentinel a token delegation, you give RugSlayer’s Sentinel address on-chain authority to move up to the amount you approve from that token account, under the Sentinel consent you accept first, which is part of these terms. Sentinel currently runs in shadow mode: it records what it would have done and doesn’t sell. We won’t turn on real sells without updating these terms and asking for your consent again. You can revoke a delegation at any time on the Sentinel page or directly on-chain.
  • Retired Telegram trading wallets. Custodial trading in our Telegram bot ended on June 11, 2026; we no longer place trades or accept deposits there. If you still hold a balance in a bot wallet, email j@rugslayer.com with your Telegram username and a Solana address, and we’ll send the balance to that address. Blockchain transfers can’t be reversed, so check the address carefully.

9. Third-Party Services and Data

RugSlayer uses public blockchain data and outside services, including blockchain data providers, decentralized exchanges and swap aggregators, market-data and token-security services, Stripe for payments, and Telegram, Discord, email and SMS providers for alerts. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their availability, accuracy or conduct, and their own terms apply when you use them. A link to another site isn’t an endorsement.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • break the law, or use RugSlayer to defraud or mislead anyone or to manipulate a market, including by presenting a RugSlayer result as an endorsement or guarantee of a token;
  • get around scan limits, rate limits, plan limits or payments, for example with extra accounts or API keys;
  • scrape or bulk-copy RugSlayer data, or resell, sublicense or redistribute it as a dataset or a competing service, except as your plan allows;
  • reverse-engineer the scoring method, or use RugSlayer output to build or train a competing risk score or model;
  • interfere with, overload or probe the security of RugSlayer or other users’ accounts, or upload malicious code;
  • modify the browser extension or use it against other people’s transactions.

DrainBrain API and MCP. Stay within your plan’s limits and keep your API key secret; one key is for one product or customer. If you show DrainBrain data to your own users, credit RugSlayer and don’t present it as advice or a guarantee. We may change, rate-limit or suspend API access to protect the service.

Browser extension. The extension reads token addresses on supported DEX sites and can warn you before you sign a swap. A warning may not appear (on an unsupported site, when our API is slow or unavailable, or after you reach a limit). The extension never changes a transaction; it only stops one if you press Cancel on its warning. Don’t rely on it as your only check.

Alerts. Watch, portfolio and exit alerts, on any channel, can be late, missed or wrong, and their delivery depends on third parties. Don’t rely on them as your only safeguard.

11. Our Property

RugSlayer, DrainBrain, the scoring method, the software, the extension and the site’s content belong to MeltingPixels LLC or its licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable license, which we can revoke, to use RugSlayer under these terms. You’re welcome to share links to RugSlayer scan pages and to quote individual results with credit to RugSlayer. If you send us feedback, we can use it freely.

12. No Warranties

RugSlayer is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and accuracy. We don’t promise that RugSlayer, its scores, alerts or warnings will be accurate, complete, timely, uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any token is safe.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • MeltingPixels LLC isn’t liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost or stolen tokens or funds, failed or delayed transactions, missed alerts or warnings, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to RugSlayer, even if we were told they were possible; and
  • our total liability for all claims arising from or related to RugSlayer is limited to the greater of what you paid us for RugSlayer in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $50.

Some places don’t allow some of these limits. Where that’s the case, they apply as far as the law allows.

14. Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because you misused RugSlayer or broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover our resulting losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use creates legal or security risk for us or others, or if the law requires it; in those cases we don’t refund unused time. If we end your paid access for any other reason, we’ll refund the unused part of the period you paid for. You can stop using RugSlayer at any time. Sections 3, 4, 7 and 9 through 19 continue to apply after your access ends.

16. Changes

We may add, change or remove features. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. For material changes, we’ll give notice by email or on the site before they take effect. If you keep using RugSlayer after that, you accept the updated terms. If you don’t agree, stop using RugSlayer and cancel your plan.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

Indiana law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please email j@rugslayer.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that isn’t resolved will be heard only in the state courts in Johnson County, Indiana, or the federal courts for the Southern District of Indiana, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

18. General

These terms, the Privacy Policy and any consent you accept inside RugSlayer (such as the Sentinel consent) are the whole agreement between you and us about RugSlayer. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a provision isn’t a waiver. You can’t transfer these terms; we can transfer them as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
